Al Sadat Marketing is a well-known property and real estate agency operating in the major cities of Pakistan. We are providing Real Estate services in different areas of Islamabad Capital Territory, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and Gujar Khan. 

The right candidate is responsible for coordinating and implementing sales programs for clients. Furthermore, they have to work closely with the company and team to make sure that the goals are fulfilled.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 👇

● Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

● Researching prospects and generating leads.

● Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

● Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

● Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

● Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

● Building and maintaining a CRM database.

● Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

● Participating in sales team meetings.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 👇

● Bachelor’s degree is preferred from a recognized institution but not necessary. 

● 1.5 – 02 Years+ Relevant Real Estate Experience.

● Excellent customer service and sales skills.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● Excellent phone and presentation skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs (Added Advantage)

● Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

SKILLS (ADDED ADVANTAGE) 👇

● High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

● Goal-oriented & Team player

● Strong project and time management skills.
