To support senior management in day to day activities.

To maintain update genera ledger control accounts with accurate information

To prepare financial reports such as income statements/balance sheets/cash flow statements.

To track accounts receivables and follow-up on outstanding payments

Processing vendor invoices for payments with accuracy

To evaluate financial budgets and track expenses

Job Description

Input financial transactions into Acounting software accurately.

Generating vendors invoice matching purchase order and process payments.

Posting transaction to general ledger, ensuring proper classification of accounts.

Matching bank statements with Acounting records to ensure accuracy.

Maintaining organized electronic & physical files of financial documents.
