1987 to 2008

LRBT was established on February 1, 1987 at Tando Adam.
At  that time municipality was 
Chairman Hon'ble Abdul Sattar Ghori Sahib
Vice Chairman was Ali Akbar Dogar
Chief Municipal Officer was Inayatullah Bhutto...
And with the efforts of the other council members, this institution was established in Tando Adam along with Municipal committee office.

Among the members at that time were Muhammad Ishaq Hayat Sahib, Mushtaq Adil Sahib, Abdul Aziz Ghori Sahib, Apa Hanifa Sahib, Dr. Mrs. Shafqat Sattar Sahib, Rais Abdullah Khan Marri Sahib, Manzoor Ahmad Yousafzai Sahib, Abdul Ghafoor Chishti Sahib, Mian Muhammad Afzal Sahib, Malik Inayat Ali Sahib, Chaudhry Abdul Rashid Rajput Sahib, Dr. Maqbool Ahmed Qureshi Sahib, Sheikh Liaqat Ali Ghori Sahib, Muhammad Qadeer Mr. Rajput Sahib, Rais Khuda Bakhsh Marri Sahib, Abdul Rashid Ansari Sahib, Dr. Abrarul Hasan Sahib, Shabir Ahmed Nadeem Sahib, Mian Muhammad Nazim Sahib Sahib , Abdul Aziz Baloch Sahib, Sanaullah Ansari Sahib, Hafiz Abdul Rahim Ansari Sahib, Lakshmi Narayan Sahib, Mohsin Ali Ajmeri Sahib and Kunwar Muhammad Siddique Sahib were included.

I served in LRBT from 02 May 2006 to 15 May 2009.
LRBT Tandu Adam transferred to Rashidabad Tando Allahyar on 20 June 2008 in my presence.
I personally had many meetings with the political and social and business personalities of Tando Adam at that time and told them before moving that LRBT is a great blessing for Tondo Adam and request them to do something and provide proper building and other facilities to administration of LRBT but no one pay heed at that time.On other hand Administration of Tando Allahyar along with political, Social and business community provide them space at Rashid Abad and Now they have Pakistan's one of largest Free charitable Eye Hospital.




In my presence at LRBT Tando Adam about 350 to 400 patients were examined daily for free while 35 to 40 free operations performed with free lenses and 25 to 30 minor operations were performed and no fee was charged and at the time of discharge from the hospital, the patients were given free home medicines.

At that time, 30 staff including 4 surgeons were working in the hospital
All the instruments of the hospital were of international standards.
The quality of salinization of the hospital was also of a high level, with the grace of Allah and the tireless efforts of the staff, the result was 99.9% and due to the excellent result, LRBT Tandoadam was famous throughout Sindh.
The late Dr. Aslam Muhammad Hayat Khan Sahib also created the world record of 50 operations in a day at Tando Adam LRBT which still stands.
Why LRBT has been moved from Tando Adam to Tando Allahyar?

 LRBT shifted to Rashidabad Tando Allahyar due to lack of space and substandard building of Municipality and lack of sincerity of Elected member,Social organization and Business community to Their city.Tando Adam is without any big Eye Hospital due to which citizens of Tando Adam and its surrounding facing difficulties for their Eye related problems and paying high feeses at Private clinics.

اس وقت کے ممبران میں محمد اسحاق حیات صاحب، مشتاق عادل صاحب، عبد العزیز غوری صاحب، آپا حنیفہ صاحبہ، ڈاکٹر مسز شفقت ستار صاحبہ، رئیس عبداللہ خان مری صاحب، منظور احمد یوسفزئی صاحب، عبدالغفور چشتی صاحب، میاں محمد افضل صاحب، ملک عنایت علی صاحب، چوہدری عبدالرشید راجپوت صاحب، ڈاکٹر مقبول احمد قریشی صاحب، شیخ لیاقت علی غوری صاحب، محمد قدیر مسٹر راجپوت صاحب، رئیس خدا بخش مری صاحب، عبدالرشید انصاری صاحب، ڈاکٹر ابرارالحسن صاحب، شبیر احمد ندیم صاحب ، میاں محمد ناظم صاحب ، عبد العزیز بلوچ صاحب، ثناءاللہ انصاری صاحب، حافظ عبد الرحیم انصاری صاحب، لکشمی نارائن صاحب، محسن علی اجمیری صاحب اور کنور محمد صدیق صاحب شامل تھے۔

میں نے

 میں  02 مئی 2006 سے 15 مئی 2009 تک خدمات انجام دی۔

 ایل آر بی ٹی ٹنڈوآدم میری موجودگی میں 20 جون 2008 کو راشد آباد ٹنڈوالہیار یار منتقل ہوا

 میں نے اس وقت ٹنڈوآدم کی سیاسی سماجی شخصیات سے اپنے طور پر کئی ملاقاتیں کیں اور ان کو منتقل ہونے سے پہلے بتایا کہ LRBT ٹنڈوآدم کے لئے ایک بہت بڑی نعمت ہے اور اس نعمت کو منتقل ہونے سے روکیں لیکن سب نی  صرف زبانی کلامی باتیں کی  لیکن ہسپتال کو ٹنڈو آدم میں رکھنے کے لے کوئی اقدام نہیں کیا جسکی وجہ سے ٹنڈو آدم آج تک  آنکھوں کے ایک اچھے مفت ہسپتال سے محروم ہے ۔

میری موجودگی میں LRBT

 میں روزانہ 350 سے 400 مریضوں کا مفت معائنہ کیا جاتا تھا

سے 40 مفت آپریشن بمعہ مفت لینس

کئے جاتے تھے جبکے 

25 

سے 30 چھوٹے آپریشن کئے جاتے تھے اور کسی قسم کی کوئی فیس نہیں لی جاتی تھی اور ہسپتال سے رخصت کے وقت مریضوں کو گھر کے لئے دوائیاں بھی مفت دی جاتی تھی..

 اس وقت ہسپتال میں 4 سرجن سمیت 30 کا اسٹاف خدمت انجام دے رہا تھا

انٹرنیشنل لیول کے تھے اور ہسپتال کی salinization کا معیار بھی ہائی لیول کا تھا اللہ پاک کے فضل و کرم اور عملے کی انتھک محنت سے %99.9 رزلٹ تھا اور بہترین رزلٹ کی وجہ سےLRBT ٹنڈوآدم پورے سندھ میں مشہور تھا،

مرحوم ڈاکٹر اسلم محمد حیات خان صاحب نے ایک دن میں 50 آپریشن کا ورلڈ ریکارڈ بھی  ٹنڈوآدم
