1. Online admission form is available on the JSMU website www.jsmu.edu.pk

2. Fill online form and submit online along with all the required documents and processing fee voucher of Rs. 2000/- only (non-refundable) in any branch of HBL

3. Only Sindh Domicile holders are eligible to apply

4. Prospectus can be downloaded from JSMU website www.jumu edu pik, details

of seats and fee structure is available in the Prospectus 5. Incomplete applications and those submitted after the last date will not be

accepted

7. B. Admit cards will be available on the website (venue and time will be mentioned
